Founded in 1993 in Framingham, Massachusettes, INCOME TAX PLUS was established with the objective to aid brazilian immigrants during a time of great difficulty in handling documents demanded by the U.S. Government.  There were very few professionals who could provide proper assistance in the Portuguese language.
